FAQ

Where are you located?

A.I am in the Alfred & Plantagenet area but I can absolutely travel upon request.

Is it possible to travel?

A.Yes! I organize travels according to demand. But I can also travel without any issues in Ontario and Québec.

How long does a session last?

A.It can last between 20 and 120 minutes depending on your selected package. I always leave time for your pet to take a break if needed so no one is rushed.

Can reactive dogs do photoshoots

A.Yes, reactive dogs are welcome.
Sessions are calm, dog-led, and adapted to your dog’s comfort level. We choose quiet locations and go at their pace with no pressure.

Can we be in the photos with our pet?

A.Yes, absolutely! I love showcasing the bond between a pet owner and their animal or the love of a family for their pet.

Do you photograph senior pets or pets with special needs?

A.Absolutely! These sessions are some of the most meaningful. We go at your pet's pace, take breaks, and create a calm and gentle experience for both of you. I offer a rainbow package tailored just for them.

My pet doesn't listen well. Is it still possible to have a photo session?

A.Yes! Don't let yourself be prevented from having lifelong memories of your beloved pet just because it doesn't listen or is reactive! We will take all the necessary time to make your pet comfortable without rushing them.

Does my pet have to be unleashed for photos?

A.Not at all! If your dog is well-behaved and you feel comfortable letting him off-leash, you're welcome to do so. But the majority of my photo sessions are done on-leash; safety is very important to me.

Do you do photo sessions all year round?

A.Absolutely! Each season has its own little something that makes the photos magical.

Is it possible to purchase more photos after the session?

A.Whether during your photo selection or later on, it will be possible to purchase additional photos.

What does “web resolution” mean?

A.This means that the photos are optimized for sharing on social networks. Your photos will therefore be of the same quality as on my social networks as well as my website.

Can I have my photos printed?

A.Yes! All prints must go through me, as I have access to professional printers. The digital images included in the packages are web-resolution only, but you can purchase the high-resolution digital images if you’d like to print them yourself.

How long will it take to get my photos?

A.I always provide a two-week deadline after the selection of photos. You can take all the time you need to make your selection.

What happens if you get sick or injured and can't photograph me?

A.You have the first option to change the date of the photo session, otherwise, it is possible to refund the initial payment since I am the one canceling. (Please note that if the cancellation is on your end, the initial payment is non-refundable).

Do I receive copyright to my photos?

A.No. The photos are my work and remain my property at all times and for life.

What happens if I need to change the date of our photo session?

A.You must give reasonable notice so that I can adjust accordingly. Then we will need to find a date when we are both available.

What should I bring to a session?

A.When booking, you will receive my client guide that includes a lot of helpful tips on how to prepare, dress and what to bring so you feel ready and confident.
